We recently translated from French into English an official letter issued by the chairman of the board of directors of an international technology company, responding to questions from the Comité social et économique (CSE) regarding the company’s strategic guidelines.
Context: Health Crisis, Digital Transition, and Employee Expectations
This letter was part of the legally required information-consultation process, in a context shaped by:

post-Covid uncertainties,

the company’s transformation,

global regulatory changes (such as the progressive cookies phase-out),

and evolving market and competitive conditions.
The document also referred to a negative opinion from the CSE, based on the report of an external accounting expert, as well as disclosure obligations towards the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

This project required:
